Unless you plan on breaking down in the middle of the street I do NOT recommend this place. So now I’m stuck CARLESS after less than two weeks of having it. I call José and automatically he’s insisting he’s too busy at the moment to take care of what I have going on, then when he seems to have a chance to talk he just tells me it’s been too long to do anything with the car now (it had been just about a week at this point). From here the mechanic I was working with (Phil from AAMCO on Fern park, I highly recommend him and his location) recommend that I call back the dealership and ask them to look at the car or consider giving me my money back. From here I had to get the car towed BACK to the repair shop and they told me there was a lot more damage internally with the car that would cost a lot more to get fixed.
I then spent over a grand fixing up the car and STILL the car shuts down on me on the way home from the repair shop. I try calling back and no response, the next few days were dedicated to getting the car to a repair shop and figuring out what the issue with the car was. I try making it home and the car literally shuts down in the middle of the road. I call back the dealership spoke to José and he told me the car should be fine after it runs for a few minutes. Within 20 minutes the car was already shutting down and the engine light had turned on.
